Credit packs, renewals and rollover
Packs are one-time purchases with no automatic refill. Paid plan credits carry over, up to one period's grant; trial credits do not.
Subscribers can buy 1,000 credits for $4.99, 2,500 credits for $11.99, 6,000 credits for $24.99, 12,000 credits for $48.99, 25,000 credits for $99.99 before applicable tax. A pack is charged immediately, including during a free trial. Checkout must confirm payment before credits are granted.
Each paid week adds 1,000 plan credits and each paid month 2,500, and unused plan credits carry over, up to one period's worth (trial credits do not). Purchased credits do not expire and stay after cancellation. Pending jobs hold credits before starting; the balance is not available to spend twice.
There is no automatic top-up, automatic pack renewal, public metered API billing or cash overage charge. When credits are insufficient, choose a pack or wait for the next paid allowance.
