Can I get a refund?
Mandatory consumer rights and the merchant-of-record refund rules apply. Cancellation alone stops future renewals; it does not request a refund.
Our ordinary policy does not refund unused periods or credits for change of mind, but mandatory consumer rights and the merchant-of-record rules take priority. A charge made in error is refunded in full. The payment provider can approve a refund independently of our ordinary policy.
You may have a statutory withdrawal right, including 14 days after the day an online service contract is agreed for eligible EU, EEA and UK purchases. Eligible service-contract withdrawals are reimbursed without undue delay and within 14 days after we are informed, through the original payment method unless agreed otherwise, without a reimbursement fee. Local rights may provide longer periods or other remedies. Using credits does not by itself waive that right. Use Withdraw from a contract, the purchase-support link on your receipt, or contact support with your account email and purchase details. No reason is required to exercise a statutory withdrawal right. Brazil has a statutory seven-day withdrawal right for eligible distance purchases; Australian consumer guarantees also remain available for services.
A pack refund reverses the corresponding credits. A full subscription-payment refund ends that subscription and its plan credits; a partial subscription refund does not change access. If refunded credits were already spent, the balance may be negative. This does not itself charge your card.
